How do I delete my Safehouse account?

To delete your account within the Safehouse app:

  1. Open the Safehouse app
  2. Tap the menu button (three bars on the top left corner of your screen)
  3. Select My Profile
  4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of your screen
  5. Select Edit Profile
  6. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of your screen again
  7. Select Delete Account
  8. You will be asked to confirm. Select Yes.
  9. The account deletion request will be raised with the Safehouse team and your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
