How do I download Safehouse PC/Mac and set up my account?
To get started, activate your product key, download the Safehouse PC/Mac extension and log in to your account. Here’s how to do that:
To activate your product key, visit securemydevice.com and register your product key (also known as license key or coupon code), together with your email address.
You will receive an email from Safehouse confirming that your account has been registered and inviting you to download Safehouse PC/Mac Extension.
Click the link in that email. It will redirect you to Safehouse PC/Mac Extension on the Chrome Web Store.
Click the “Add to Chrome” button to download the extension.
A notification window will pop up with a list of permissions that Safehouse PC/Mac Extension requires. You need to accept these permissions in order for the extension to be added.
Once you accept these permissions, Safehouse PC/Mac Extension will be added to your extensions list.
Once downloaded, add the Safehouse PC/Mac Extension to your favorites:
Click on the extensions icon, which looks like a puzzle piece, to the right of your address bar.
Click on the pin icon next to Safehouse PC/Mac Extension.
Open the Safehouse PC/Mac Extension on your browser by clicking on the Safehouse logo next to your address bar:
Click Log in.
To log in, enter your email address and click Continue.
You will receive an OTP from Safehouse. Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
