What if someone has access to my phone and they secretly uninstall the Safehouse app. Then will the app lock be removed?

The Safehouse app cannot be removed/uninstalled like that as and when activating it requires the user to enable Device Admin permission and when activating App Lock feature, if we lock the phone Settings app through Safehouse App Lock feature than no one can uninstall Safehouse without entering the 4 digit pin or fingerprint lock from App Lock. Therefore, for uninstalling Safehouse one has to go to settings and to open the setting we need to enter the pin or fingerprint unless and until we enter the 4 digit pin we can not uninstall the Safehouse from the home screen.
