Why is Remote Control showing active in the Safehouse app and showing inactive on myaccount.safehousetech.com?
It happens in very few situations. It happens due to either the Bodyguard application is not configured correctly or the device details are not synced with Safehouse secure cloud server. To resolve this follow the following steps:
1: Go to Apps -> Bodyguard -> Click on Storage
2: Tap on Clear Data and Cache from the Bodyguard app.
3: Please re-login to the BG app and activate the Tracker feature once again.
