Why Privacy mode or VPN turned off automatically?
It happened due to battery optimization of Android/iOS operating system, battery optimization is an operating system feature to reduce the battery drainage of the apps.
If we didn't use or launch the Safehouse app for some time, then the operating system killed the app in the background. Please follow the below steps for preventing VPN turned off automatically in the background.
Android > device settings > apps > Safehouse > battery > click on don’t optimize.
iOS > device settings > apps > Safehouse > battery > turn on background app refresh.
Note: if the battery saver/low power mode is on then VPN could be disconnected automatically or the Safehouse app could be closed automatically.
